The border crossing will be at Ciudad Juarez, probably the most unattractive border town in Mexico. We will travel down Hwy 45 thru Chihuahua, past Delicias to Jimenez. This will be a long hall (394 mi) and the border crossing could slow us down. Las Palamas in Jimenez is on the highway, but clean and pretty quiet and about $60. This area is the start of the wine country although not the country’s best wine. | ||
